OUR MISSION

The primary mission of my practice is to ensure that my patients are as free from mental illness and suffering as possible I also believe it is my duty to evaluate and provide assistance to those individuals or family members who are affected by another's struggles. I also want to make certain that my patients have access to state-of-the-art psychiatric care.


Continuing education is paramount for us all. My practice is not limited to a single modality or a single therapeutic approach. As a physician, I rely upon my research colleagues to provide me the statistical information gathered in the study of mental illness. But each patient is not a statistic, and though I may use this statistical information to help guide me in developing a treatment plan, each plan must be individualized to the specific needs of the patient.

About Me

As a psychiatrist in private practice for more than 25 years, I had to stop my clinical practice to focus on my health. I was diagnosed with stage IV cancer 5 years ago and underwent chemotherapy for 6 months.


Fast forward to 2019, and I’ve been cancer-free for more than 5 years. Without an office, I decided to return to practice in a novel way. I now offer concierge psychiatry and go straight to my patient’s homes to provide the highest quality of psychiatric care. I also provide telepsychiatry as an option.
